Weddings
Many brides and grooms enjoy wedding receptions at the Rock Run Inn throughout the year. We can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 150 people (this is truly the maximum, since we need to allow room for dancing, a head table, gift table, cookie table, cake table, and possible hors d'oeuvre and placecard tables). Some couples prefer to have an outdoor wedding with a picnic, and we have a lovely lawn and picnic pavilion for this type of event, too.
Our rooms are casually decorated, and we can provide liquid candle centerpieces if you like. If you would like to add your own decorative touch, please discuss the details with us beforehand. For a more social atmosphere, we set up the rooms using round tables. Rectangular tables are available for head tables. You can choose from any of the DMX music channels or hire a band or DJ for entertainment, plus we have a podium and microphone available for your use. If you have a video of your honored guest(s), our rooms feature TV/VCRs. There is also a dance floor in the Fairway Room. We offer several table linen color combinations, and any buffet, cake, gift, or other tables will be skirted. We bake cakes, or you may provide your own cake and cookies. We offer many menu selections, including delicious heart-healthy selections. Full bar services are available (state law requires us to provide all alcohol served on our premises). You may arrive 1/2 hour before the party time to set up the room, and the room is available until 3:30 p.m. for luncheons and until 2 a.m. for evening functions.
